The pages describe our services. They are general information. They are not a quote, not legal, tax, or technical advice for your situation, and not an offer that you accept by browsing.

A service contract starts only when both sides accept a written quote or statement of work. Sending the contact form does not create that contract. It asks us to reply.

Prices shown on the site, including package prices, are starting estimates in Canadian dollars. They do not include GST or QST. They are not the total amount payable.

Before any paid work starts, we confirm the scope, the itemized price, applicable taxes, and the total in writing. Visiting the site and requesting a quote are free.

We have an establishment in Quebec and we offer services to the public here. This website is available in French. English is an additional version. The French pages carry the same service information, not a reduced version.

A contract of adhesion, including terms you must accept in order to obtain a service, is drawn up in French. We give you the French version first. You may choose to be bound by an English version only after you have received the French version, and only if you express that choice.

If a French text and an English text of these website terms ever diverge, the French text prevails for a person in Quebec who has not expressly chosen the English version after receiving the French one.

Many of our clients are businesses. If you are a consumer — a natural person obtaining a service for a personal, family, or household purpose, and not for the purposes of your business — the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec can apply to a contract made at a distance.

Before you agree, we will give you, in writing:

• our legal name, address, phone number, and email
• a description of the services
• an itemized price, any extra charges, the taxes, and the total, in Canadian dollars
• the date or period for performing the services
• the cancellation rights the Act provides, and how to use them

Those terms belong in the written contract. Nothing on this website shortens a right the Act gives a consumer.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy the design or the text for your own commercial site, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the form to send unlawful or misleading content.

The text, layout, and marks on this site belong to 514IT Consulting Solutions Inc. unless a page says otherwise. Client names in case studies describe work done with those businesses.

Search rankings, traffic, and revenue depend on your market, your offer, and factors we do not control. We do not promise a ranking or a number of leads. The scope of a project is what the written quote describes, not a sentence in an article.

To the extent Quebec law allows, we are not liable for a decision you make based only on a general article on this site. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow a business to exclude, including liability that cannot be waived in a consumer contract or a contract of adhesion.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply here. The courts of the district of Montreal have jurisdiction, subject to any court the Consumer Protection Act requires for a consumer.
