What to Send When You Request a Quote for a Responsive Website in Montreal
Responsive means phone, tablet, and desktop
On our packages, responsive layout is part of the website build: the site is laid out for mobile and tablet, not only a wide laptop. You should not need a second product called a mobile version.
Ask to see a real page on a phone before you accept the final invoice, on a page with a form, not only the homepage.
Send this so two quotes can be compared
Business name, what you sell, cities you serve, languages you need, a page list, and whether you already have a domain, hosting, copy, and photos. Say if you need a brochure site, SEO on that site, Google Ads, or work on an existing store.
If you have an example site you like, send the link and say what you want copied in structure, not in someone else’s text or brand.
What you get back, and what it is not
Requesting a quote is free. The reply is not a contract. A contract starts when both sides accept a written quote or statement of work. That document should show scope, itemized price, GST, QST, and the total.
Published timing for a Basic Website is two to three weeks from content handoff, and three to four weeks for Website + SEO. That clock does not start while copy and photos are still missing. We do not promise a ranking as part of the quote.
Where to send it
Use /contact, or email hello@514it.com. The phone number on the site is (438) 792-7948. Do not send passwords or other secrets in the form. The privacy policy describes the form.
You can read /packages first so the request can name a starting package, or say that none of them fits.
